Receptionist / Administrative Assistant, Level 1
35 hours per week, term time only to provide maternity cover from 24 Nov 2017.
Front of house Receptionist/Administrative Assistant required to cover maternity leave, to perform a vital role in the continued success of our Academy.
You will need to enjoy working in a very busy environment and have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as being computer literate. Some of the qualities we're looking for include:
- Being the warm and welcoming face of Hilton that provides excellent customer service to our children and parents.
- A committed and flexible team player; able to work in pressurised environments.
- An independent, initiative driven individual, who ensures a high quality output with close attention to detail.
- A talented communicator, able to meet the demands of all our stakeholders.
Duties will include being the first point of contact for visitors and for parents with general queries, the handling of incoming and outgoing post, dealing with telephone and e-mail messages, word processing, updating of dinner registers, up-keep of student data base.
The Academy is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate and a range of other recruitment checks.
