The high enthusiasm of the community following the implementation of the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming grand campaign at Gelora Karno (GBK) on Saturday (10/2) made the area around Senayan, Jakarta dense.
National Mandate Party (PAN) faction chairman Saleh Partaonan Daulay said the number of people present at GBK was beyond prediction, so the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN) decided to speed up activities.
According to Saleh, this is also an anticipation of unwanted conditions, for example for people who are not healthy. Currently, the organizing committee is coordinating to speed up the campaign.
“Hopefully, all the chairmen of the coalition parties will also not mind if it is accelerated. The important thing is that the message is conveyed that the sustainability of development programs is much more attractive to the community,” Saleh said.
Saleh assessed that the people who had crowded the GBK area since morning marked high support for Prabowo-Gibran.
“In terms of animo, interest, and the number of attendees, the presidential election is believed to last one round. This is a new one that is present in Jakarta. There are still many of them in the area. Yes, this is a symbol only. Hopefully it can convince those who have not yet made a decision to vote for Prabowo-Gibran. People usually choose who will win,” he said.
In this open campaign, the new gate will open at 12.30 WIB, then entertainment events at 13.00-15.30 WIB, singing the song Indonesia Raya and reading prayers at 15.30-15.45 WIB, followed by a speech by Prabowon-Gibran at 15.45-16.30 WIB before the entertainment session that closes the activity.
