Indonesian Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto together with ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet fulfilled President Joko Widodo’s invitation to break the fast together with Ramadan 2024 at the State Palace, Jakarta, last week.
During the event, Prabowo was seen sitting at the same table with Jokowi, Vice President Ma’ruf Amin and a number of other ministers such as Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto and Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Hadi Tjahjanto.
In one moment, Prabowo and Jokowi also had a brief conversation together before the bukber event began.
Seen in the moment of togetherness, Prabowo wore a white cocoa shirt and black peci that matched Jokowi and several other ministers.
The iftar event with the President of the Republic of Indonesia began with the reading of the Quran. The event then continued with tausiyah by Ma’ruf Amin and religious lectures by Gus Miftah.
