Jakarta, Hilton News

Thousands of East Jakarta residents enthusiastically participated in the Gebyar Bakti Sosial Kesehatan (Baksoskes) organized by Prabowo-Gibran Volunteers, Blue Wednesday for Indonesia.

The event, which was held at GOR Pondok Bambu, East Jakarta, targeted 1,000 patients and became the largest social service ever conducted by Wednesday Biru Untuk Indonesia.

Chairman of Blue Wednesday for Indonesia Henny Daeng Parani said that the social service movement this time was the largest or five times the usual one that had been done by his party.

“Health checks for residents are still served as usual, namely checking blood sugar, cholesterol, uric acid and blood pressure. But the number bloomed five times, “said Henny at the location of the social service, Thursday (8/2).

Residents who carry out health checks are still served wholeheartedly and given vitamins and consumption. Only this time the management of social services is more neatly organized and requires more drug reserves.

According to him, the expansion of the number of patients was also followed by a doubling of medical personnel and the number of volunteers in the field.

Previously, the Blue Wednesday team had carried out a series of social services throughout Jabodetabek, Karawang, Central Java and Yogyakarta.

Usually, the average social service examines 200 patients. Some of them are pregnant women who are examined using a fetal detection device, TeleCTG.

Henny said that the expansion of the number of patients aims to give a deep impression regarding the end of the campaign period for all vice presidential candidates on February 10, 2024. The KPU has set a three-day quiet week, and voting on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.

“We hope that the social service involving 1000 residents will leave a deep impression and sympathy from the community. So that the choice of citizens towards the choice of presidential candidate – vice president number 02 is getting stronger,” he explained.

As for the Gebyar Bakti Sosial Kesehatan activity, Blue Wednesday for Indonesia succeeded in achieving the target of 1,000 free health checks carried out in a day.
