The police have transferred phase 2 of the pornographic film production case involving suspects Siskaeee et al to the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor’s Office (Kejati).
The transfer was made after the prosecution declared the case file of Siskaeee and 11 other suspects complete or P21 on May 17.
“On May 21, 2024, the investigation team of Unit III Subdit IV Tipid Cyber Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya has carried out phase II delivery (delivery of suspects and evidence with 11 (eleven) suspects and 1 other female suspect has not been carried out phase II because she is still sick,” said Director of Reskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak in a written statement.
After the transfer, said Ade Safri, three male suspects are now entrusted in Cipinang detention center. Meanwhile, eight female suspects were entrusted to the Pondok Bamboo detention center.
“As for the suspect on behalf of SNA aka Ici, he has not been able to take part in stage 2 because he is sick,” said Ade Ary.
After this transfer, prosecutors will immediately draft an indictment and schedule a trial process for Siskaee et al.
Previously, police named 12 people who were actors as suspects in a pornographic film production case in South Jakarta, including Siskaeee.
Siskaeee is known to have twice failed from the examination agenda as a suspect. As a result, police arrested Siskaeee at an apartment in the Sleman area of DIY on January 24.
After undergoing a series of questionings, the police then detained Siskaeee. For the detention, Siskaeee through her lawyer also applied for a suspension, but was denied.
Siskaeee also filed a pretrial lawsuit at the South Jakarta District Court over his suspect status. However, PN single judge Jaksel Sri Rejeki Marsinta rejected the pretrial application.
