Hotman Paris Hutapea’s lawyer insists that Vina’s death in Cirebon, West Java was not a single accident.
He found evidence that Vina had been raped before being killed by the perpetrators. He obtained this when analyzing the minutes of the examination (BAP) of the perpetrators and the results of Vina’s autopsy.
“The deceased Vina who raped was Eko. When raping the deceased was a virgin. This is according to BAP. Then Supriyanto, Eka, Jaya, Hadi Saputra. And the DPOs who participated in the rape were Pegi aka Perong and Dani,” Hotman said in a post on his personal Instagram @hotmanparisofficial.
“Regarding this guy’s accusation, it was a pure accident. This is the result of an autopsy. In the victim’s genitals sperm is found. And the injuries on his body are definitely not accidents,” he added.
Previously, there was an assumption that Vina and her lover had a single accident.
Hotman also asked West Java Regional Police investigators to criminally process the individuals who obstructed the investigation of Vina’s case. Moreover, for those who consider Vina’s case just a single accident.
“The person who tried to obstruct the investigation to find the three DPO perpetrators, who said this was a single accident on the road. Please immediately process the criminal of these individuals. Because if you read this BAP brightly there is no engineering,” he said.
Hotman also found that there were 11 people in a motorized group who pursued Vina and her lover, Eki (16). After Vina and Eki were arrested, the perpetrators raped Vina in turn.
“In fact, he said that when I raped me, I didn’t have time to get his sperm out, he was rushed to change with another colleague. This is obviously All BAP is almost the same. If there are people who say this is a road accident so that they can be criminally processed by investigators. This is all clearly outlined here,” he said.
Vina’s murder case has recently been in the spotlight again after her sad story was picked up in a feature film. On August 27, 2016, Vina (16) and her boyfriend, Eki (16) were killed by a motorized group.
The lawyer for the perpetrators who have been detained, Jogi Nainggolan, stated that his party is currently considering a judicial review or PK.
Eki reasoned that PK was considered if this case could later be revealed transparently.
“We are considering efforts to file a PK if this case can be revealed transparently,” Jogi said on Friday (5/17).
Jogi claimed the perpetrators of this murder crime were not related to his clients. Even though they have now been convicted and are serving sentences.
Those currently serving sentences are Rivaldi Aditya Wardana, Eko Ramadhani, Jaya, Supriyanto, Eka Sandi, Hadi Saputra and Sudirman who were sentenced to life. While one perpetrator who was sentenced to 8 years in prison for being a minor was ST.
Jogi said he still believes his five clients were not involved in Vina’s murder. Therefore, he supports the West Java Regional Police’s move to investigate Vina’s murder case transparently.
The three perpetrators who are still at large are Andi, Dani and Pegi alias Perong. They still breathe free air.
West Java Regional Police Director Kombes Pol Surawan said, until now, the three perpetrators are still being hunted.
“We are still investigating and pursuing the three perpetrators,” said Surawan, when contacted, Monday (13/5).
It was not explained why the pursuit of the three suspects seemed to have stagnated since 2016 until now. However, Surawan confirmed that the three perpetrators are still being searched for detention and legal proceedings.
“Not stopped, we continue to pursue,” said Surawan.
